Safetop Maxiroll self-retracting wire lifeline 35m V+H

Safetop MAXIROLL 35 m retractable cable fall arrester for vertical and horizontal use

Safetop MAXIROLL 80835 is the longest model in the range, with a 35 metre retractable steel cable for demanding industrial and construction applications. The automatically retracting cable provides an extensive working range on high structures.

Key features

• 35 m galvanised steel cable
• For vertical and horizontal use
• 4.8 mm cable diameter
• Maximum user weight 120 kg
• Swivelling lower connector helps prevent cable twisting
• Durable thermoplastic housing
• Carrying handle for easier handling
• Spring outlet guide controls the long cable and helps reduce abrasion at the housing opening

Controlled guidance of the long cable

With a 35 metre cable, controlled extension and retraction are particularly important. The spring guide at the housing outlet directs the cable at different working angles and reduces direct rubbing against the housing edge.

Applications

The 35 metre MAXIROLL is suitable for high industrial structures, towers, masts and other applications requiring an exceptionally long working range.

Inspection and service at Protecton Oy Turku

Before use, inspect the overall condition of the device, connectors, housing and the cable throughout its available length. The retraction and locking mechanisms must operate correctly.

MAXIROLL servicing is carried out at Protecton Oy's Turku facility. The device is opened during servicing, the internal mechanism is inspected and worn or damaged components are replaced as required.

If the repair cost is clearly higher than normal servicing, Protecton service will contact the customer before continuing the work and provide an estimated repair price.

A device that has arrested a fall must always be withdrawn from service and submitted for inspection.
