Important delivery information

Products available from Protecton stock are usually dispatched on the same business day.
Delivery time starts from 1 business day.

If you need a partial delivery or urgent delivery, please mention this when placing your order.
If the products must arrive by a specific date, please inform us in advance.

Delivery

Protecton delivers products across Finland. We mainly use Posti for deliveries.

If the product is available from Protecton’s Kerava or Turku store stock, it is usually dispatched on the same business day after the order has been processed.

Special-order products

If the product is not available from Protecton’s own stock, delivery time depends on availability from the manufacturer or importer.

The estimated delivery time will be provided when possible during the order process or separately by our sales team.

Partial delivery

If needed, we can arrange a partial delivery so that products available immediately are dispatched first and the remaining items are delivered later.
