Terms of Delivery

Important before placing an order

By accepting these terms, you accept the terms related to ordering, delivery, payment, exchanges and returns.

Special-order products, logo-marked products, clearance items, discontinued products and products not stocked by Protecton in Turku or Kerava are not returnable.

General terms

These terms of delivery apply to orders placed through the Protecton.fi online store. The terms valid at the time of order apply to the order.

Protecton Oy reserves the right to change delivery terms, delivery methods, payment methods, prices, product information and availability information.

Orders and delivery

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and contact information provided with the order is correct. Incorrect information may delay the order.

Products are delivered according to availability. If an ordered product is not available, Protecton will contact the customer and agree on a possible replacement product, backorder or order change.

Special-order and customised products

A special-order product means a product, size or colour ordered separately for the customer from a manufacturer, importer or supplier.

Customised products include products marked with a logo, embroidered, printed or otherwise personalised for the customer.

Special-order and customised products are not returnable unless this has been agreed in writing in advance before placing the order.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Company invoicing, contract prices and other company-specific terms are agreed separately with Protecton sales.

Exchanges and returns

The right of exchange and return applies only to products, colours and sizes stocked by Protecton in Turku or Kerava.

The returned product must be unused, fully resellable and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for sending the return and covering all related costs. Return shipping costs are not refunded to the customer.

Incorrect or damaged product

If the delivered product is incorrect, damaged or does not match the order, please contact Protecton sales as soon as possible.

Please provide the order number, contact details and a description of the issue. If needed, we may ask for photos of the product or packaging to process the case.
