Returns and Exchanges

How to Make a Return

You can submit a return or order cancellation request using our statutory online return form.

Complete Return Form

The form allows you to provide:

  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Whether you wish to return the entire order or selected items only

The return form is also available from your order details page and order confirmation email.

Please note: The online return form is intended for webshop consumer customers only. The form is not used for contract customers, wholesale customers or other B2B customers.

Returns, exchanges and claims for contract customers, business customers and wholesale customers are handled directly through your Protecton sales representative.

14-Day Return Policy for Stocked Products

Orders placed through Protecton.fi are covered by a 14-day return and exchange policy for products that are part of Protecton's own stock assortment.

Returned products must be unused, in fully resalable condition and returned in their original packaging. All instructions, labels, tags and accessories must be included.

Return Restrictions

Only products stocked in Protecton's Turku or Kerava warehouses are eligible for return or exchange.

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Special-order products
  • Clearance products
  • Discontinued products
  • Products discontinued by the manufacturer
  • Customized products
  • Products with logos, prints or other personalization
  • Products, colours or sizes not stocked in Protecton's Turku or Kerava warehouses

Trial Products

In certain cases, the manufacturer may approve a return based on a separate agreement made before ordering.

In such cases, the product must be ordered with a "trial" designation, and the arrangement must be agreed with a Protecton sales representative before placing the order.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.
