Fit and comfort
The BOA® Fit System distributes tension evenly around the foot and allows precise adjustment during the working day. The L6 closure uses an 85 cm cable. The manufacturer specifies a Fit 11 last.
Ankle-supporting construction: Dynamic HC Control holds the heel in position and helps control lateral ankle movement. StabilActive supports the heel bone, instep and joints of the foot while stabilising each step.
The breathable 3D Green Air lining and QRS01 insole help move moisture away from the foot. Recycled open-cell foam in the insole absorbs impacts, while the flexible non-metallic penetration insert allows the sole to flex with the foot.
Protection features
- S3: the shoe has a 200 J toe cap, penetration protection, a closed heel area, antistatic construction, heel energy absorption, a water-repellent upper and a cleated outsole.
- FO and SRC: the outsole resists the effects of fuel oil, and its grip has been tested on both ceramic tile and steel surfaces according to EN ISO 20345:2011.
- ESD: the sole construction helps discharge static electricity from the wearer in a controlled manner. This feature helps protect sensitive electronic components against electrostatic discharge.
