3M Proflow PF-619E+ Powered Air Respirator Starter Kit

The 3M Proflow PF-619E+ is a durable powered air respirator starter kit designed for demanding professional use. The kit includes a PF-600E blower unit, BT-30 breathing tube, belt, charger and two P3 filters. The supplied BT-30 breathing tube connects the blower unit to compatible 3M Versaflo M-200 and M-300 series headtops.

Compatibility and applications

The supplied BT-30 breathing tube is intended for compatible 3M Versaflo M-200 and M-300 series headtops. The Proflow blower unit can also be connected to compatible 3M Promask FM3 and Vision FM4 facepieces using a suitable BT-54 breathing tube or a BT-55 breathing tube with a PF-931 adapter. These alternative tubes and the adapter are not stated as being included in the starter kit.

The system is suitable for professional respiratory protection applications where a workplace risk assessment requires a powered air respirator. The headtop or facepiece, filters and other system components must be selected according to the airborne contaminants, working conditions and required level of protection.

Safety and maintenance

Audible and visual alarms help alert the wearer to a low battery or insufficient airflow. The powered respirator must be assembled using compatible components and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
