The Moldex 9430 is an ABEK1P3 R combined gas, vapour and particulate filter for Moldex 7000 and 9000 series half and full face masks. It is designed for applications requiring filtration against organic gases and vapours, inorganic gases and vapours, acid gases, ammonia and fine particles, including harmful dusts, fumes and water- or oil-based aerosols.

Applications

Suitable for work with solvents, lacquers, paints and adhesives, as well as environments where chlorine, bromine, hydrogen cyanide, sulphur oxides, hydrogen chloride, ammonia or other acid gases may be present. The P3 particulate filter is suitable for fine particles, dusts, fumes and aerosols when selected according to workplace risk assessment and the instructions for the compatible mask.

Safety and Compliance

The filter meets the requirements of EN 14387:2004 + A1:2008 and EN 143:2000 + A1:2006 and is CE marked as PPE. Use only with compatible Moldex half or full face masks. Suitability must always be checked against the workplace contaminants, concentrations, duration of use and the mask user instructions.
