Sievi Riff SBAE - easy-to-wear safety clogs with a steel toecap

Sievi Riff SBAE is a comfortable and easy-to-wear safety clog designed for a range of occupational tasks. It features a steel toecap and a flexible heel strap that helps keep the footwear securely in place. The slip-on design is particularly practical in work where footwear needs to be removed and put on frequently.

1. Steel toecap for occupational protection

Riff SBAE meets the requirements of EN ISO 20345:2022 in safety class SB. The steel toecap protects the toes against falling objects and compression in accordance with the standard. No penetration-resistant midsole is specified for this model.

2. Quick and convenient to put on

The clog-style construction allows the footwear to be put on and removed quickly. Its flexible heel strap improves fit and helps keep the shoe in place. The design is suitable for professional drivers and other workers who frequently move between vehicles, indoor facilities and operational work areas.

3. Water-repellent leather upper and flexible PU sole

The upper is made from durable, PU-coated and water-repellent leather. The single-density polyurethane sole is flexible, slip-resistant and resistant to fuel oil. According to the manufacturer, the sole also withstands several chemicals, but suitability for a specific chemical and working environment must be verified separately.

4. Antistatic and ESD-approved

The footwear is antistatic and ESD-approved. These properties help control the discharge of static electricity accumulated in the body in appropriately defined ESD environments. The footwear is not electrically insulating safety footwear.

Limitations of use

No penetration-resistant midsole, waterproof construction, HRO heat-resistant outsole or chainsaw protection is specified for Riff SBAE. A water-repellent upper does not make the footwear waterproof. The product should not be recommended for welding, forestry chainsaw work, continuous wet use, extremely hot conditions or use as electrically insulating footwear without a separate suitability assessment. Chemical-specific suitability must be verified with the manufacturer.
