Kratos Olympe-S 1.75 m Webbing Retractable Fall Arrester for MEWPs
The Kratos Safety Olympe-S is a compact and lightweight webbing retractable fall arrester designed specifically for use in mobile elevating work platforms and aerial work platforms. Its short 1.75-metre webbing follows the user’s movements and locks in the event of a fall. The internal braking mechanism limits the fall arrest force to less than 6 kN.
The Olympe-S is approved for MEWP applications where there is a risk of falling near a double sharp edge. When used with an anchorage point conforming to EN 280, the dynamic force exerted on the anchorage remains below 3 kN according to the manufacturer.
