The ELIPSE INTEGRA ABEK1P3 combines respiratory and face protection in one compact unit. Weighing only 441 grams, the respirator is supplied with two ABEK1P3 filters for protection against gases, vapours and particles within the filters' specified limits. Its wide-field polycarbonate visor features anti-fog and scratch-resistant coatings, supporting clear vision in demanding industrial environments.

Applications

Subject to workplace risk assessment and operating conditions, the ELIPSE INTEGRA ABEK1P3 is suitable for applications in mining, steel production, foundries, metalworking, pharmaceutical manufacturing, cement production, textile manufacturing, shipyards, battery production and maintenance. ABEK1 filtration covers organic gases and vapours with boiling points above 65°C, inorganic gases and vapours excluding carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide and other acidic gases, and ammonia and its derivatives. P3 filtration provides protection against particles within the filter's specified limitations.

Safety and compliance

The respirator is tested according to EN 140, EN 143 and EN 14387. The face-protection marking is EN 166 2F N K: F indicates resistance to low-energy impact, N resistance to fogging and K resistance to surface damage caused by fine particles. Filter selection and product suitability must be determined according to the workplace risk assessment, contaminant type and concentration.
