Evermatic AirTec Chem Evolve Air TH3 welding PAPR package

The Evermatic AirTec Chem + Evolve Air is a TH3 powered-air welding package for professional welding applications. The system combines the Finnish-made Evolve Air welding helmet with an AirTec Chemical powered air unit for welding fumes, dust, aerosols and, with suitable filters, gas and vapour exposure.

General information

The package includes the Evolve Air auto-darkening welding helmet and the AirTec Chemical powered air system, including blower unit, belt, breathing hose, battery and one filter. Its primary functional benefit is positive-pressure respiratory protection that helps prevent contaminants from entering the helmet.

The Evolve Air helmet is a Finnish-made Evermatic welding shield with a wide grinding visor, opening welding lens hatch, protective seals and an integrated airflow channel. Suitability should be assessed based on exposure type, filter selection and workplace ventilation.
