Dapro Multinorm IFR Jacket LK2 – flame-resistant multinorm high-visibility work jacket

The Dapro Multinorm IFR Jacket LK2 is a high-visibility multinorm summer jacket designed for industrial, energy, maintenance, infrastructure and installation work. It is intended for work environments where visibility is required together with protection against heat and flame, electrostatic discharge, electric arc hazards and limited splashes of liquid chemicals.

The flame resistance of the soft inherent fabric is built into the fibre structure rather than provided by a separate flame-retardant treatment. Weighing 240–260 g/m², the fabric is particularly suitable for summer use and indoor work where heavier FR outerwear would be unnecessarily warm.

Applications

The jacket is suitable for applications such as the energy and process industries, maintenance, installation work, infrastructure projects and other workplaces requiring multinorm protective clothing. In accordance with its EN ISO 11611 Class 1 classification, the jacket is suitable for welding and allied processes within the limits of this protection class.

The workplace risk assessment determines the required PPE and whether the jacket’s protection levels are sufficient for the specific task. The product is not intended for environments requiring thermal insulation, heavy-duty weather protection or welding protection above EN ISO 11611 Class 1.

Washing and care

Machine wash at 60 °C. Follow the garment care label and any additional care instructions provided by the manufacturer.

Product range update after June 2026

The updated model introduced after June 2026 can be identified by its letter-based size marking. It features zipped side pockets, a larger concealed chest pocket suitable for a mobile phone and an ID card pocket.
