CleanAIR Chemical 2F Plus PAPR – complete blower unit package with battery, belt and charger

CleanAIR Chemical 2F Plus 510000FCA is a powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) unit designed for demanding working environments. The package includes the blower unit together with a 510010 Standard Li-Ion battery, wide padded Comfort belt, EU charger and flow indicator.

Chemical 2F Plus provides protection against particulates and, when equipped with appropriate filters, can also be used against a wide range of gases, vapours and combined contaminants. The complete respiratory protection system is configured for the application by adding compatible filters, a breathing hose and an approved hood, face shield or mask.

Applications

CleanAIR Chemical 2F Plus is suitable for demanding applications in the chemical industry, heavy industry, laboratories, metalworking, pharmaceutical production, repair and renovation work, and other environments where powered air-purifying respiratory protection is required.

The blower supplies filtered air to the user's approved headtop or mask, helping to reduce breathing resistance compared with non-powered filtering respirators. Adjustable airflow allows the system to be configured according to the selected headtop, filters and working conditions.

Chemical 2F Plus does not form a complete respiratory protective system on its own. Product code 510000FCA does not include filters, a breathing hose or a headtop/mask. Filters must be selected according to the contaminants and concentrations present in the working environment, and only components approved for use with the CleanAIR Chemical 2F Plus system should be used.
