This full-body harness with an integrated padded vest is designed for fall protection in industrial, construction, roofing and other work-at-height applications. CAMP Focus Vest XT combines a supportive vest construction, automatic buckles and two steel fall-arrest attachment points. Its highly adjustable one-size design accommodates a wide range of users.
The integrated padded vest wraps around the upper body and helps keep the harness straps organised while the harness is being put on. Its three-dimensional mesh construction and large rear mesh panel improve airflow. Padded leg loops provide additional comfort when the harness is worn for extended periods.
Automatic buckles on the chest and leg loops make the harness quick to put on and remove. Steel adjustment buckles and side crossing plates allow the harness to be fitted to the user's body. Red chest webbing and grey leg-loop webbing make the different sections easier to identify.
Two removable front zip pockets provide storage for small tools and accessories. The break-away loops on the shoulder straps are intended only for temporarily parking unused lanyard connectors. Neither the lanyard parking loops nor the gear loops may be used as personal protective equipment attachment points.
The integrated NFC TRACK tag provides digital identification for the harness. With a compatible system, it can support PPE allocation, inspection records and equipment management.
CAMP Focus Vest XT is suitable for use as part of a fall-protection system in industrial maintenance, construction, roofing, scaffolding, elevated platforms and tower structures. The harness is certified to both European and US full-body harness standards for international working environments.
A fall-arrest system may only be connected to the A-marked sternal or dorsal attachment point. The lanyard, energy absorber, connectors and anchorage must be suitable for the user's total weight and form a mutually compatible fall-protection system.
The harness must be checked before every use and periodically inspected at least once every 12 months. Its stated service life is up to 10 years from the date of first use and may not extend beyond the end of the twelfth year following manufacture. A harness that has been involved in a fall, is damaged or fails an inspection must be withdrawn from use.
