PROTEKT AZ 900 Webbing Sling Connector 150 cm

The PROTEKT AZ 900 is a 150 cm webbing sling connector designed for personal fall protection systems. Made from polyester webbing sewn into a closed loop, it can be used as an anchorage device for one person or as a safety lanyard when combined with an energy absorber. The product is not intended for lifting loads.

Applications

The AZ 900 is suitable for connecting a fall protection system to an appropriate structural anchor point. It can also be used as a safety lanyard together with an EN 355 compliant energy absorber. The compatibility of all PPE components and the required clearance below the user must be checked before use.

Safety and compliance

The product is CE marked and, according to the manufacturer's instructions, complies with EN 354:2010, EN 795:2012 Type B and EN 566:2017. When used as a lanyard, the total length of the assembly, including the energy absorber, terminations and connectors, must not exceed 2 metres. The sling must not be used on its own to arrest a fall without an energy absorber.
