The STHOR 74487 is an auto-darkening welding helmet with a True Color welding filter for MMA, MIG, MAG and TIG welding. True Color technology provides more natural colour perception than a conventional welding filter, making it easier to view the workpiece and inspect the welding area. The helmet has a 92 x 42 mm viewing area.

Applications

When the correct shade level is selected for the welding process and current, the auto-darkening filter protects the eyes against optical radiation generated during electric arc welding.

The helmet is not designed to protect against liquid droplets or splashes, coarse or fine dust, gases or an arc caused by an electrical short circuit.
