Safetop Dyneepack 80336J - 6 m Dyneema® retractable fall arrester

Safetop Dyneepack 80336J is an EN 360:2023 retractable fall arrester designed for vertical applications. Its lightweight 20 mm Dyneema® webbing provides a six-metre working length, while the reinforced nylon housing protects the internal mechanism in demanding environments. The device is certified for users with a total weight of 45–140 kg, including equipment and tools.

Applications

Dyneepack 80336J is suitable for vertical fall-arrest applications where the anchorage is positioned above the user. Potential applications include assembly and maintenance on scaffolding and telecommunications towers, as well as other work at height in construction, industry and property maintenance.

Safety and compliance

The product is Category III PPE compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and meets EN 360:2023. The notified body associated with the CE marking is APAVE, number 0082. The device is used as part of a fall-arrest system with an EN 361 full-body harness and a suitable anchorage.

Model 80336J is approved for vertical use only. It is not suitable for horizontal or sharp-edge applications or where the anchorage is positioned at foot level. Dyneema® webbing has limited heat resistance, so the device is unsuitable near welding, metal cutting or other hot work. Required clearance and system compatibility must be established from the instructions and a task-specific risk assessment.
