Shipping Terms and Payment Methods

1. Delivery Time

In the order confirmation, we always try to give the best possible estimate of the delivery time.

We aim to ship as quickly as possible. If the delivery time differs from the estimate, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

For urgent cases, please call Protecton.

Please note: Posti’s tracking may have a delay of 1–2 days.

Products in Stock – 1–2 Days

Processing usually takes 1–2 working days for products available in our warehouse.

Products may be located in different stores. For one combined delivery, items are first transferred to a single warehouse for pickup or shipping. This may add 1–2 extra days.

Products Ordered from Suppliers

Some products are not in Protecton’s warehouse and are ordered from our suppliers. These items are first sent to Protecton’s warehouse, then shipped to the customer in one delivery by default. Partial deliveries can be arranged separately. Delivery time depends on the supplier or manufacturer.

The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page in the online store. The estimate is confirmed in the order confirmation, or by contacting customer service.

Foreign Suppliers

1–8 weeks, usually around 1.5 weeks.

Domestic Suppliers

2–7 days, usually 2–3 working days.


2. Delivery Methods

Delivery methods and prices vary according to product size and the option you choose.

Pick-Up from Store

Order online and pick up at the Kerava or Turku store free of charge. You can also order a product to be tried on in the store.

Price: Free

Returns:

  • Return to store: You can return the product to any Protecton store.
  • Return via Posti with our contract number: Pack the product carefully and include the return details or form.
