Ordering Instructions

Buying from our online store is easy and fast. Once you find a product you want to purchase, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button, and the item will be added to your shopping cart. You can view the contents of your cart, including all items, at the top right corner of the page in the dropdown menu. You can continue browsing and add more items to your cart as desired.

1. Add Product

   Add the product to your cart by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button.

2. Proceed to Checkout

   Once you have selected your products, proceed to checkout by clicking on the shopping cart icon and then the checkout button.

3. If you wish to continue shopping,

select the "Back to Shop" link at the top left of the page. You can also adjust quantities or remove items from your cart.

4. Log in to your customer account.

if you do not have an account, you can easily create one when placing your first order. If you prefer not to register, you can place an order without registration.

    • Here are detailed instructions for ordering at checkout:
    • Step 2. Buyer Information
      • Do not change the billing address
      • Add your phone number, email address, and Your Reference (e.g., first name last name/cost center)
    • Step 2. Different Delivery Address
      • If the delivery address differs from the billing address:
      • Select "The recipient of the order is different from the buyer" -> Yes -> add a new address to the address book -> in Step 5, verify that the different delivery address has been saved for the order

5. Verify

Verify billing address, delivery address, and basic information

6. Select a shipping method

Select a shipping method by clicking on the corresponding shipping method icon. Shipping costs are shown with each shipping method.

7. In the summary

In the summary you can review that the products, customer information, and payment method are correct. If you haven't selected a payment method in your cart, you can change it on the order confirmation page.

8. Accept

Accept the order by pressing the accept button

At this stage, you will receive an order confirmation email and a link to track the progress of your order.
