Delivery terms

Delivery terms in brief:

1. Delivery terms NOL (Finnterms), unless otherwise agreed.

2. Delivery time for most of the products immediately from the warehouse with intermediate sales reservations. The delivery time is confirmed with the order.

3. Return

No right of return applies to the following products: made-to-order items, clearance products, outlet products, discontinued items, or products not in stock at the Turku or Kerava warehouses.

  • Protecton.fi online store orders have a 14-day exchange and return right.
  • Return shipping is paid by the sender (the customer). Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
  • Ordered products do not have the right of return.
  • Out-of-stock products do not have the right of return.
  • The returned product must be completely unused, fully resalable, in its original packaging, and include any user instructions.
  • If a defective or incorrect product has been delivered, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery to Protecton.fi customer service either by email at info@protecton.fi or by phone at 044 240 6119 (Mon–Fri 8am–4pm).
  • Only an unused, resalable product in its original sales packaging will be accepted as a return.
  • If another pre-agreed return has been arranged, the agreed portion of the product price will be refunded.

4. Protecton Oy is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond Protecton Oy's control, such as war, natural disasters, export or import bans, official decisions, public traffic disruptions or other similar things that complicate or prevent the operation of the Protecton Oy online store of the activity. Force majeure clause.

5. The primary delivery method is Posti express and Postipaketti, unless otherwise agreed. Minimum freight 8 euros VAT 0% for shipments weighing less than 10 kg, for larger shipments the freight is determined by the shipping weight.

6. Payment methods. Invoice for contract customers, Klarna or bank card for others

8. Returned package resending €15.00 VAT 0%

9. Change of delivery address for shipment €15.00 VAT 0%

10. Changing the phone number for delivery is free

If you want to return, contact the seller first

After picking up the order, check that the product is the same as on the shipping list. Check that the product is intact and that all its parts are in order. Report any transport damage to the transport company immediately.
Whatever the problem, you should always contact the seller about it

The return must include the customer's contact information and order number
